Sukrat is an educational platform designed to help students learn and improve their academic understanding.

You may use Sukrat only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes.

You may not use Sukrat for any illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use Sukrat to:

2.1 Violate Laws or Regulations

This includes:

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation
  • Using the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Impersonating another person or entity

2.2 Attempt Unauthorized Access

You must not:

  • Attempt to access accounts belonging to others
  • Attempt to bypass security protections
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the Service
  • Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

2.3 Interfere with the Service

You must not:

  • Disrupt or interfere with the Service
  • Overload the platform with automated requests
  • Attempt to degrade platform performance

2.4 Reverse Engineer or Extract Platform Systems

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer Sukrat's software or systems
  • Attempt to extract prompts, training methods, or model behavior
  • Attempt to replicate Sukrat's AI systems
  • Scrape or copy large portions of platform content

This includes automated or manual extraction.

2.5 Abuse AI Features

You must not use Sukrat to:

  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit AI systems
  • Attempt to bypass system safeguards

AI features must be used only for legitimate educational purposes.

2.6 Abuse Academic Integrity

You must not use Sukrat to:

  • Engage in academic dishonesty where prohibited by your school
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as your own work where disallowed
  • Violate school or exam policies

You are responsible for complying with your school's academic integrity rules.

2.7 Use Automated Systems Without Permission

You must not use:

  • Bots
  • Scripts
  • Crawlers
  • Automated scraping tools

unless explicitly authorized by Sukrat.

2.8 Abuse or Harm Other Users

You must not:

  • Harass or threaten others
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to harm the platform or its users

3. Security and Platform Integrity

You must not attempt to:

  • Probe or test system vulnerabilities
  • Circumvent authentication systems
  • Access data not intended for you

These actions are strictly prohibited.

4. Enforcement

If you violate this Policy, Sukrat may:

  • Suspend your account
  • Terminate your account
  • Restrict access to features
  • Take legal action where appropriate

We reserve the right to investigate violations.
