Monday: Identify one concept related to current work that you don't deeply understand. Not surface-level—something fundamental that would change how you approach problems if you really got it.
Tuesday-Wednesday: Learn that concept through multiple sources. Read. Watch. Practice. Try to explain it. Use AI to explore edge cases and generate examples, but do the synthesis yourself.
Thursday: Apply the concept to real work. Notice where your understanding is solid and where it breaks down.
Friday: Reflect. What did you actually learn? What's still fuzzy? How does this connect to other things you know?
